Redington Shores Florida

Redington Shores is home to wide, white-sand beaches, fishing, boating, parks and wildlife. The town was founded in 1955 and covers about 220 acres with three public parks and a public tennis court. It’s popular with locals and visitors alike for shelling along the shoreline. “Home” in Redington Shores may be a beachfront condominium, a beach house, a cottage, an apartment or maybe a single-family home on a quiet street.

In addition to the miles of white sandy beaches and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico, Redington Shores is also dotted with boutique shops and restaurants.

Shelling is fun along our Gulf of Mexico Beaches. Some 2,500 people call Redington Shores home (note that the correct spelling is not Reddington Shores), while several thousand more spend all or part of the winter here, some for a few days, others for several months.

Redington Shores Florida is in Pinellas County, on the highly coveted white sand beaches. It’s south of Clearwater, north of St. Petersburg and west of Seminole. Redington Shores has a population of approximately 2,500 residents with several thousand more spending all or part of the winter here.

Redington Shores Florida hosts annual community events. These events that create opportunities for its community to interact, celebrate, and enrich residents’ and visitors’ lives. Redington Shores has an active community calendar. Activities include town picnics, 4th of July fireworks, town wide garage sales, annual tree lighting and holiday boat parade.
