I recently worked with Candis to sell an inherited property which was still held in a living trust with a mortgage. She was very transparent in her pricing guidance, which was no mean feat, as our house was in a tricky spot of being a "nice fixer upper". We weren't going to get the price of a fully updated home, but would have been leaving money on the table pricing for flippers. We found a good middle ground, and after a few weeks during which Candis was basically attached to my hip, informing me of offers, we negotiated a not-far-out-of-the-ballpark offer into a sale well within our initial price range. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Candis is simply a joy. From our first meeting through well after closing she has been charming, considerate, and quite hilarious. We had to have an electrician in for some minor repairs, and even he immediately texted me after they had met to do the estimate to say that she was a sweetheart. Selling a home is a wild ride, but Candis' infectious personality makes everything a little smoother! She has my unequivocal recommendation.
