Belleair Florida is often associated with its well-known celebrity residents. The town is also known for the historic 1896 Belleview Biltmore (formerly the Belleview Hotel). There’s more to Belleair than just the celebrity and history. Belleair Florida is one of the few places along the Pinellas County Coast that actually has cliffs. The high elevation makes Belleair Florida have scenic, one-of-a-kind waterfront views of the intracoastal and nearby beaches.
When touring Belleair’s residential areas, it has a park-like atmosphere with manicured boulevards and lush green spaces. The town is home to some of the best Florida golf courses, delicious cuisine and charming boutiques.
Belleair Florida is in Pinellas County, near the highly coveted white sand beaches. It’s south of Clearwater, north of St. Petersburg and west of Largo. Belleair has a small-town charm a population of approximately 4,000 residents.
