Belleair Bluffs Florida is a hidden surprise along the intracoastal waterfront in Pinellas County. Founded in 1963, Belleair Bluffs is an sub-community of Belleair Florida. Property is at a premium here because the city is almost completely built-out. There are only about 540 single family homes and roughly 650 condominium units within the city limits.
The community provides for its residents a wide range of living choices and a shopping capability which, while small, serves the needs of both the City and its neighboring communities being one of the gateways to the Gulf beaches. The annual tree lighting and carol sing continues to be a focal point of the year for the city’s residents.
Belleair Bluffs Florida is in Pinellas County, near the highly coveted coastal beaches. It’s south of Clearwater, north of St. Petersburg and west of Largo. Belleair Bluffs has an air of exclusivity and a population of approximately 2,200 residents. When touring Belleair Bluff’s residential areas, you’ll find small hills and winding roads along with well-manicured boulevards and lush green spaces.
