New Homes Esplanade Starkey Ranch
I had the pleasure of touring models for new homes Esplanade Starkey Ranch in Odessa, FL. What a treat! For anyone who has been to Park City, UT, it felt a lot like that as you drive in! It’s an unassuming planned community tucked away in a wilderness preserve-style space (Starkey Ranch). The best part: it only took about 45-minutes to drive there from the Largo-area. There’s a lot of growth going on. With the ongoing building in here of new homes Esplanade Starkey Ranch is a community on the rise. They even have a new K-8 school that will be in the Starkey Ranch community. Below area some photos I personally took when I toured the models. These showcase of the beautiful features available in their builds.
Taylor Morrison’s new homes Esplanade at Starkey Ranch is one of the farthest back neighborhoods and like many of these areas, it has its own security gate. I loved the included features for the homes here – they’re 1-story homes with vaulted ceilings, brick paver driveways/entries, tile roofs, granite counters and spacious open concept floor plans. They’re elegantly appointed with reasonable starter pricing (low $200K).
There are still a number of home sites available for your custom home build, or you can purchase one that’s already under way. They even have a few that are move-in ready if you just can’t wait! It’s a resort-style community, as well, with loads of planned activities and a clubhouse (with activities staff). You’ll have to check out their Wine-down Wednesdays!
