New Homes Arabella Cove by Taylor Morrison
Even though this one is almost sold out, I wanted to take a peek at the new homes Arabella Cove by Taylor Morrison in (SURPRISE!) Seminole, FL! Everyone knows that I love to find little gems, and this one really is.
In true Taylor Morrison style, the homes were beautiful. The model felt like one of the lavish ones built in the planned communities….but there are only 26 homes on a dead-end street. Across from the Starkey Road Baptist Church off of Starkey and 86th. This is truly in central Pinellas County (yep, brand new AND in Pinellas – you heard right!).
I visited at the end of October and they were breaking ground on the last few home sites. There are about 5 homes available starting around $430,000. I’d love to show you around this one, so to schedule or call me at 727-888-3292 if you’re interested.
The Area
The community has been built in a really convenient location. It’s just off Starkey Road, not far from the beaches, main highways (US 19 and Park Blvd.) and a quick drive to I-275. It’s in an established area, so there are no CDD fees or anything like that (major bonus since those are often $1,500+ added to your tax bill later.
The Community
This community is easily integrated into the surrounding neighborhood. It’s feels like a natural part of the existing area, but with its own separate entrance. But, essentially, this is a new street that’s been created. It’s not a resort-type, planned community with a clubhouse or pool, but it is gated for additional security.
New Homes Arabella Cove by Taylor Morrison
I really like these new builds that are well-integrated, which is a must in Pinellas County since undeveloped land is scarce, but everyone seems to want something new.
Since the Arabella Cove by Taylor Morrison community is in close-out and the remaining home sites are already breaking ground, the permitting phase is done. This means each site already has a floor plan selected, finishes ordered, and they can be move-in ready much sooner that if you had started from phase 1.
